A new beginning.

Thank you for stopping by.  I know it is an indulgence to drop off of Facebook and expect hope that some of you will follow me, but it is an indulgence I need to take.  I found myself spending way too much time online hitting refresh, or offline wanting to hit refresh, and that’s not who I want to be.  I have an RSS feed, which you are welcome to utilize as I hope this blog is updated frequently, but I don’t expect it to be updated regularly.  In theory, you should be able to comment using your Facebook login if you wish (or WordPress, Twitter and G+)

I have downloaded some 2,100 posts onto this blog between Facebook and Livejournal, which gives me an accidental journal going back to 2001.  Over the next few months, I look forward to going through the backlog, and making the better thoughts and observations pubic, but since a large part of this exercise is to have me spend less time on the computer, we’ll see how that goes.

Thank you all.

  1. I’m not sure how “interactive” this might be, though expect that the folks who follow you are more computer literate than I. More time for things other than computers is probably a really good idea.
