What can you expect from a $35 smart phone (gross, not net)? How do you even review such a thing? With 2/3rds of the world not having access to the internet, a $35 smart-phone might be one of the most decisive technical devices out there from a historic standpoint, but it does pose a problem of execrations. Ares Technica gives it a go.
